My Pupped-Day - Results!

Hi everydog!

Thanks for all the happy pupped-day and barkday wishes yesterday! Here are the results, according to statcounter and blogger. (We're not using Google at the moment, because they stopped counting us for a few days and said we only had 138 visitors yesterday.)

According to statfinder, we had 281 visitors!
According to blogger, we had 63 comments!
That means more than $50 for a donation to needy animals!

Now... don't forget to mark your fire hydrant or your tree or your calendars to come back for Opie's Pupped-Day on May 1! He thinks he's gonna beat my numbers. Dopey Opie.

'Course, you could come back earlier than that if you want.

We're off to Dog Pad.
Wuf Ya!

We had our Mommy come over from Peanut's blog. We missed it by a day! Shucks! Happy Barkday, anyway.

Gomer,
That is such good news. I hope Dogmom doesn't have to pick up cans to pay off the bill.

Hi Gomer:

Happy Belated Pupped-Day. I saw your siti at a meeting today. We had a nice chat.

My dog friend Maggie recently had surgery on her right rear leg. She had a torn ACL. The surgery and recovery went well until this week. Now she is limping again, almost as bad as before the surgery. So, back to the doctor we go. She will not be happy. Her sister, Sally has always been very timid. Now, she is chasing birds and venturing out into the fields. WE may have to get her one of those collars to keep her away from the road.

WE also have friends who live nearby. About five years ago they adopted a cute, German shepherd/terrier puppy and we named her Ginger. Well, ginger just disappeared form their farm two weeks ago – not a trace. Her parents are very sad.

Hope you had a good Pupped-Day.
