DogMom CAN'T Be Sick!

Ya know, Tosca and Hudson, you're pretty smart dogs. But OUR dogmom is never ever sick... she takes care of US when WE're sick. There's no way that she could be sick and not be feeling well. It's just not possible.

I don't know tho, you might be right. She did kind of sound like Opie and me when we upchuck chew bones or onions or pieces of paper, plastic and toys that we try to swallow.

And, she didn't cook anything in the kitchen for the last three days. She just keeps drinking something called tea -- and let me tell ya, it does NOT taste good. (We both tried it when she wasn't looking.) So, she must not be quite right in the head if she's drinking that stuff, right?

And, she always takes us for walks and plays with us... even when she pretends to be mad at us for getting into stuff and going to jail... but she hasn't been doing that, either.

She didn't even want me to smell her face and sneeze like I always do. And, she didn't seem amused when Opie laid his head on her with his butt up in the air and that tail-whip-thing that he has flying all back-and-forth and 'round in circles.

In any case, I hope she gets back to normal soon.
Wuf Ya!

Guys my mom is hardly ever sick either, but let me tell you, she gets a headache now and then to beat the band. When this happens me and my cats just hang out nearby and try to behave. The best thing to do for your human when she's not feeling terrific is to just ask for the bare minimum. You know, go out in the yard for your business and get your food and fresh water. Try not to get in fights and stuff and just hang out close by. The rule is anything over 15 pounds shouldn't be jumping on and off the bed either. This is not a good idea. Just my two puppy cents.

Wow, we hate those headache things. Dogmom gets really grumpy when she gets those! At least she wasn't grumpy the last few days... she was just kinda ... well, um, ... dead.

But we don't understand the rule you said. Doesn't that mean that dogmom can't get on the bed, too?

Um, well yeah, humans are exempt from the rule. I mean it's their bed so they are exempt. Besides when they are sick, they just drop into the bed and dont move. We, on the other paw, BOUNCE onto the bed and then take room away so that they have to shuffle around into the shape of a corkscrew.
